We do not resist change – we resist the loss it carries
For many years Jan Petrus Hagberg worked with people in grief and loss. There Jan saw something that also held true at work: when the loss is understood, new energy comes.
SGL grew from discoveries like this: Interaction, Group Growth and Leadership. The book on SGL came out in 1998.
