A common language for how the team works together
SGL Coach gives each person a personal coach in SGL. When people understand themselves, it becomes easier to understand each other. The team then gets a common language for how it works together.
What you get
- JP2 for each person: conversations about what is actually happening, in text or speech, a few minutes at a time.
- Teams in the app, where each person chooses what the team gets to see.
- «Bygg et team» (Build a team) for leaders: prepare the team’s next step, one at a time. The choice is always the leader’s.
What the leader sees
- «Look here first»: what needs attention now, with who is responsible and the next step.
- Strain: how many are worn out, how many are at a standstill and how many are in growth.
- Safety, belonging and trust, brought together in one number out of 15 for each unit.
- Mastery: whether the challenges match the skills. Above the zone is pressure; below it is unused capacity.
- Capacity for change: whether the unit can take one more change now, before you start the next one.
- Breadth: what the unit has none of, and therefore does not see itself.
- An alert such as «Strain: 30 % are worn out» comes with an observation, an interpretation and one move. Bright spots show what went the right way.
- Alerts go upwards, never sideways, and the overview never shows a number that could point at one person.
