SGL Coach Team helps you understand these differences and use them in your work together. Each person gets their own AI coach. Your team gets shared insight and a place to keep working on it.

Personal development for everyone in your team
The coach JP2 builds on Jan Petrus Hagberg’s SGL, models for interaction, group growth and leadership. Each member can write or speak to JP2, watch exercise films and work in The SGL Handbook.
Everything in Personal is also included in Team. Team opens all fifteen conversation topics and the whole personal journey with twelve mapping steps. You get to work on communication, team roles, decisions, safety, trust and how groups develop, among other things.

Use the team map to explore similarities and differences. Choose one way of working you want to try or change.
Learn from the conversations
You can discuss your work in your team’s shared Chat. The team leader can ask JP2 to analyse a conversation thread and offer input on the interaction.
From a difficult meeting to something specific to try
Some want to reach a decision quickly. Others want to understand more before moving on. You use the team map and a shared conversation to clarify the difference. In the next meeting, you first make room for questions, then agree on who makes the decision. Later, you assess how it worked.
Each person controls sharing
Your team cannot see your private conversation with JP2. Each member chooses which mapped results to share, and whether to share them with the team leader or the other members. Sharing is off by default and you can change it. You can share some information with your name if you choose. Shared figures appear when enough people have contributed and the privacy rules are met.
